On November 22, Buddhist Temple "Tubden Shedubling" in Moscow celebrated Buddha’s Descent from the Tushita Heaven. On this special day for Buddhists, His Excellency Vinay Kumar, the Ambassador of India in Russian Federation, visited the temple and congratulated all Buddhists on the occasion.
On November 13, a roundtable discussion on the topic "Interfaith Dialogue as a Means of Strengthening Collective Security" was held at the Collective Security Treaty Organization Secretariat, timed to coincide with Kyrgyzstan's Day of Information and Press.
The 1st Asian Buddhist Forum opened in New Delhi on November 5. The event was organised by the Indian Ministry of Culture and the International Buddhist Association.
